Firstly, I would like to extend a massive thank you to Vasily Skudnov, Igor Samodurov and the Yaroslavl Sambo Federation for organising an amazing international Sambo tournament in the town of Uglich.

Our fighters Jack Wilson and young Dennis ended up with gold medals with the rest of our fighters medalling also. Paul picked up a leg injury and was immediately provided with professional help and support.

I would also like to thank the organisers for arranging our activities.

Yesterday we had an incredible full day of fishing and hunting, with Jack catching the fish of the day on his birthday! The hospitality of the people here have been second to none and we hope to return soon.
